We’re thrilled to be continuing our partnership with Ultimate Activity Camps for another summer of Ultimate Tech Camp, and 2026 is set to be the biggest year yet, with camps running at 22 sites across the UK! Our team at Chaos Created, through our Code Created initiative, has once again been busy creating new content and supporting the programme’s rollout.

Ultimate Tech Camp offers children aged 8-14 a hands-on, four-day adventure into technology and game-making, covering arcade game development, BBC micro:bit programming, machine learning, and robotics. With expert instructors on hand throughout, children create their own games and projects, and get to share them with friends and family.

Four Brand-New Activities for 2026

This year, we’ve created four exciting new activities for the programme:

Multiplayer Pong brings the arcade classic to life, with children building their own head-to-head version of one of gaming’s most iconic titles.

Asteroid Blast introduces rotation mechanics for the first time, as players pilot their ship through an asteroid field, spinning and blasting their way to a high score.

A new TPBot robotics project joins the line-up too. Our TPBot activities proved hugely popular when we introduced them last year, so we’re delighted to be adding a fresh new project that lets children see their code come to life in the physical world.

A frantic crystal-collecting multiplayer game rounds out the new content, with players racing to collect crystals of their own colour whilst avoiding their rival’s colours.

Supporting the Delivery Team

We’ve also trained Ultimate Activity Camps’ fantastic delivery team again this year, with two days of live training, along with on-demand resources, ensuring every instructor is fully prepared to deliver an inspiring and memorable camp experience.

Our partnership with Ultimate Activity Camps is all about inspiring a love of technology and creativity in the next generation, and we can’t wait to see what children across the country create this summer.
